Urijah Faber Joins Chad Mendes In Blatant Mismatch Club Of Team Alpha Male – Fight vs. Vaughan Lee At UFC 156 Rumored

Team Alpha Male seems to get a lot of mismatches once they lose a fight; Chad Mendes drew Cody McKenzie and delivered one of the biggest beatdowns of 2012 in relatively quick fashion. His teammate Urijah Faber at bantamweight seems to be joining him as an elite level fighter in the division getting a blatant mismatch per Tatame.

Faber is apparently set to take on Vaughan Lee at UFC 156, though nothing official from the UFC or from either fighter has been announced.

Kubryk’s Commentary: Lee has already been torn apart by a Team Alpha Male member in T.J Dillashaw, who isn’t near the fighter that Faber is right now, and this looks like one of the biggest beatdowns of 2013 waiting to happen. As much as Lee is a good fighter he’s not ready for one of the top five fighters in the division in Faber.
