That Was Quick! Renan Barao vs. Michael MacDonald Scheduled For UFC on Fuel 7 Card in London
by Scott "Kubryk" Sawitz on December 6, 2012

The UFC interim bantamweight title will be on the line in England! Renan Barao will defend the title against Michael MacDonald per the UFC, marking the third time a UFC title has been defended in England.

In September of 2007 Quinton Jackson defended his light heavyweight belt against Dan Henderson and B.J. Penn defended his lightweight title against Joe Stevenson at UFC 80 in January of 2008. Barao will be the third title holder to defend in England and the first interim champion to defend his title since Big Nog.

So it looks like England is going to get a fairly solid night of fights:

Renan Barao vs. Michael McDonald
Paul Sass vs. Danny Castillo
Terry Etim vs. Renee Forte
Che Mills vs. Matt Riddle
Andy Ogle vs. Josh Grispi
Vaughan Lee vs. Motonobu Tezuka
Phil Harris vs. Ulysses Gomez
