Metamoris is finding a niche in the MMA world as a super card of BJJ talents in gi and no-gi matches of high level talents. The company has announced that a second show in Los Angeles at the Pauley Pavilion will take place June 9th. You’ll be able to stream it live from their website for $19.95.
Shinya Aoki, one of the best lightweight MMA fighters in the world and current Dream/One FC lightweight champion, main events the card against Kron Gracie. Kron is Rickson Gracie’s son and a BJJ world champion in his own right.
Also on the card, in a seeming oddity of sorts, is UFC heavyweight fighter Brendan “The Hybrid” Schaub. He’ll be taking on Roberto “Cyborg” Abreu, the 2012 ultra heavyweight no-gi champion.
