Roundtable Repercussions – WWE Extreme Rules Update

Columns, Features, Top Story

Welcome to the ongoing tradition after WWE PPVs… the Roundtable Repercussions!  Last month, I calculated who had chosen correctly the most matches thus far in the year and Justin Czerwonka, our Raw Live Coverage Recapper, was in the lead.  Did we see a change in the lead?  Well without further ado…

Mike Friggin’ Gojira wins this PPV’s honors of… tieing with The People Power vote!  I feel like this will now become a trend.  Both Gojira and People Power had 8 out of 9 correctly guessed.

The standings for Extreme Rules were as follows:

Mike Gojira – 8 Correct Picks

People Power – 8 Correct Picks

Justin Czerwonka – 7 Correct Picks

Rhett Davis – 7 Correct Picks

BD – 6 Correct Picks

Steven Gepp – 5 Correct Picks

KON – 5 Correct Picks

CB – 4 Correct Picks

Notes:

  • I know we will never hear the end of this, but Mike Gojira was the only one who successfully picked a Double KO for the main event match between Cena/Ryback.  It ended up separating him from the pack.
  • Divas Championship Match between AJ and Kaitlyn did not happen so it neither counted for or against anyone.
  • Everyone correctly picked the The Shield (Both Tag Team and United States Championship) matches.

And now for the running rankings thus far…

Justin Czerwonka – 21 Correct Picks

Rhett Davis – 20 Correct Picks

People Power – 20 Correct Picks

Steven Gepp – 16 Correct Picks

Mike Gojira – 15 Correct Picks

Chris Sanders – 13 Correct Picks

Ralph Hardin – 11 Correct Picks

CB – 10 Correct Picks

Iain Burnside – 8 Correct Picks

Mark Allen – 7 Correct Picks

BD – 6 Correct Picks

KON – 5 Correct Picks

MM – 5 Correct Picks

Jonah Kue – 2 Correct Picks

Therefore still in the lead is Justin Czerwonka with 21 Correct Picks with myself and the People Power barely behind with 20 Correct Picks.  Thanks for reading and be sure to check out the next Pulse Poll, Rasslin’ Roundtable, and Roundtable Repercussions for WWE Payback!
