Dean Ambrose: “Anything Less Than Being The Top Guy… Is A Failure.”

News, Top Story

Dean Ambrose recently sat down for an interview to promote a SmackDown taping in his hometown of Cincinnati. In the interview, Ambrose’s career is chronicled from his first experience with Heartland Wrestling Association & promoter Les Thatcher to becoming WWE’s United States Champion.

When asked what his main career ambitions were, Ambrose responded:

“To me, anything less than being the top guy in the industry, the top villain in the industry, the WWE Champion, is a failure,” he says. “That’s a lot of pressure to put on yourself, but whenever I look at it realistically, that’s just how it is.”
