Justice League Of America #8 Spoilers: Where Are The Justice Leagues During Forever Evil Revealed! (DC Comics New 52 In Review)

News, Spoilers

While the Justice League of America #8 preview revealed a few things about the nature of the prison that the Justice League and the Justice League of America find themselves in, the issue itself reveals…

SPOILERS follow!

…the tailored prisons for core members of the Leagues.

Jason Rusch, one half of Firestorm – or someone posing as him – serves as the guide for Martian Manhunter through the “prison” that the Leagues are trapped in.

The first Justice Leaguer they find is Wonder Woman who is trapped in a prison of perpetual battle seemingly in a quest to save Steve Trevor.

Then they stumble of Shazam whose perpetual struggle between adult and boy is won by the boy for his prison.

The Flash is next and stuck in a super speed prison of the mind.

Superman is next crippled in a prison of guilt over seemingly killing Dr. Light during Trinity War.

Simon Baz, the JLA’s resident Green Lantern is next. He’s also seemingly stuck in a prison of guilt and anger over seemingly decimating citizens – in his mind it would seem – who he thought were suspicious of him being a terrorist because is an Arab-American.

Martian Manhunter is with Simon Baz when he learns that Stargirl, who is connected to telepathically, somehow escapes the prison “easily”.

The rest of the Justice League of America arc will feature a buddy adventure between Martian Manhunter and Stargirl back on Prime Earth. Interesting times ahead.
