Charlie Brenneman Returns to Octagon, Replaces Jason High at UFC Fight Night 35

News

Within one day of Jason High’s revelation that his ruptured (!) appendix would be keeping him out of his bout at UFC Fight Night 35 fight with Beneil Dariush on January 15th, UFC have found a replacement. That man has a 4-4 record in the confines of the Octagon himself and is none other than “The Spaniard” Charlie Brenneman. He has agreed to face Dariush at the Jan. 15 event in Duluth, Ga.

The main event of UFC Fight Night 35 will see former Strikeforce Middleweight champion Luke Rockhold battle Costa Philippou in a five-round, non-title encounter.
