Captain America: The Winter Soldier‘s Second Trailer

Media, News, Trailers

If you asked the staff of Inside Pulse Movies what’s been their favorite single character movies as part of the Marvel Universe, it would probably lead with Iron Man with Captain America: The First Avenger a quick second. But that’s just speculation on my part.

The first Captain America adventure felt like a throwback to the Saturday serials that used to play during the infancy of movie theaters – back when they showed cartoons and newsreels between features.

This latest adventure, post-The Avengers intrigues because of how Capt. Steve Rogers grows conflicted with the world around him. Having come from humble beginnings to see how much the world has changed, who could argue with his internal turmoil.

In this second trailer we get a better look at “The Winter Soldier” and all the fun that’s in store when Captain America: The Winter Soldier opens in theaters on April 4, 2014.

Official Synopsis:

After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, Marvel’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” finds Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy–the Winter Soldier.
