BIG news out of DC Comics this week for their New 52 publishing initiative. A brand new creative team for the monthly Superman book as legendary Marvel artist John Romita Jr., with equally iconic inker Klaus Janson, join DC’s Chief Creative Officer and writer Geoff Johns on the book monthly.

The Superman announcement video and teaser art are below. The video also includes tidbits on Joker’s Daughter, Forever Evil, Black Milk and the Justice League War Blu-Ray film.

    This summer, The Man Of Steel gets an all-new creative team.

    Prolific scribe Geoff Johns has been knocking it out of the park with JUSTICE LEAGUE and FOREVER EVIL. Now, Johns, whose previous work on Superman includes ACTION COMICS and SUPERMAN: Secret Origin, is poised to pen the monthly comic book series SUPERMAN.

    Joining Johns is acclaimed New York artist John Romita, Jr., making his DC Comics debut, and legendary artist Klaus Janson, who returns to DC Comics and will ink the book.
