10 Thoughts On… Bitten – Episode 10 & 11

10 Thoughts, Reviews, Top Story

1. As we draw closer to Bitten‘s season finale, it appears that all of the elements are in place for a major showdown between The Pack and The Mutts. With Clay now captured, it appears that Elena’s real feelings for him will finally surface and I wonder if this will finally prompt her moving back to Stonehaven permanently.

2. Phillip now knows that Elena is a werewolf and this is certainly something that I thought would be drawn out over the course of next season. I was surprised that the writers decided to make the reveal.

3. I am really enjoying the budding relationship between Jeremy and Nick. While I often laud Greg Bryk for his work on the show, I believe that Steve Lund has done a great job at providing a substantial base for his character and it’s shocking that I initially compared Nick to being a poor man’s Felix from Orphan Black. The writers should also be credited for establishing the character as more than just irrelevant eye-candy.

4. While I like Daniel Santos (and Michael Luckett’s portrayal of the villain), I don’t think he has the wherewithal to be the predominant enemy for The Pack. I also don’t think Karl Marsten is bad enough to be the main bad guy either. I am secretly hoping that the Mutt Revolution is actually being led by Jeremy’s father as that would be a fantastic twist.

5. Can we please kill Logan already? Seriously. He reminds me of Dana from Homeland. Enough already!

6. I loved the gritty fight scene where Clay and Phillip took on Victor and Daniel in Phillip’s apartment. Honestly? I actually liked all of the scenes between Greyston Holt and Paul Greene as they seemed to feed off each other well and their feud over Elena seemed very believable.

7. I am hoping Jeremy doesn’t hook up with the cop.

8. Secretly, I am hoping that Phillip finding out about Elena and Clay will push him back into the arms of Sylvie. I just really want to see more of Natalie Lisinska on the show.

9. Did you notice that Amber has been missing for the past couple of episodes? I am sure Eve Harlow will show up again before the finale and ne back with a vengeance.

10. Innerspace host Ajay Fry made a cameo on this week’s episode. Daegan, I am totally waiting for a call!
