The Batman 75th Anniversary was in full force at San Diego ComicCon 2014! DC comics gave Sal Barragan and I the opportunity to interview the Batman Family comic teams during the 4 day event.

Here is our interview with a couple of the current Bat Family team members, Tom King and Tim Seely! This team has come together to reinvent the Robin we all know and love, Dick Grayson! They are currently working together on the all new Grayson comic, which gives Dick a new secret agent motif. Tim has worked on GI Joe/Transformers for Devil’s Due and his own Hack/Slash comic. Tom is a former CIA counter terrorism agent. It’s a perfect combo for the new Grayson! Check out our interview at the bottom of the page and see some of Tim’s bio below. Tom’s bio is top secret, so we couldn’t find it!

Tim Seeley has illustrated a variety of comics, including Kore, G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, G.I. Joe vs. Transformers, and Forgotten Realms: The Dark Elf Trilogy.[2]

Seeley is also the author of the comic Hack/Slash series, and will participate in the production of the Hack/Slash feature film. It was due to be released by Universal Pictures in 2009.[3][4][5][6][7] Hack/Slash is now available digitally through Devil’s Due Digital.

His Image Comics series, Loaded Bible, gained a great deal of attention for its political theme of Jesus vs. Vampires in a post-apocalyptic Christian-run society.[8] Loaded Bible is also available through Devil’s Due Digital.

Seeley pencilled New Exiles and Weapon X: First Class.[9] and he both wrote and illustrated the mini-series Ant-Man & Wasp.

Seeley’s webcomic Colt Noble and the Megalords debuted on Nerd City Online on August 3, 2009.[10] He is currently writing Wild Game, a comic about werewolves.[11]

Seeley shares a studio with fellow comics creator Mike Norton.[12]
