Daredevil News: First Look On Set At Charlie Cox As Matt Murdock

Marvel Studios seems to be riding an endless wave of success in terms of its movie properties with parent company Disney. The $94 million opening success of risky Guardians of the Galaxy is proof of this. While fans at Comic-Con may have been underwhelmed by Marvel when it came to news of upcoming film projects, attendees did get some small screen news about Agent Carter. Surprisingly, though, there was no major talk of Daredevil, a comic-book property Marvel Studios got back from Fox last year, which will be translated to the small screen (including home televisions, tablets, and cell phones) when Netflix begins streaming the series in May 2015.

Photos have yet to be revealed of star Charlie Cox (“Stardust”) in costume as “The Man Without Fear,” but some pictures from the Brooklyn shoot have found their way on line with Cox as his alter-ego, Mat Murdock.

You can’t deride much from these photos posted by Just Jared, but at least it’s proof that the production is legit. Hopefully soon we’ll see some shots of Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin.
