Elisabeth Moss isn’t joining the cast of True Detective… yet.
In a recent interview with USA Today, the Mad Men star said that despite speculation to the contrary, she hasn’t been approached to star in the show’s sophomore attempt at least “not in the way everyone is talking about… I had to ask my own people, ‘Have you not told me something?'”
Moss did hint that, despite not signing anything official as of yet, she still would love to be a part of the show
“For me as an actor who’s been in this business for over 25 years, it’s so flattering to be associated with that show,” she said. “[And] for anyone to think that I could be a part of that show.”
In mid-July, rumors also swirled that Colin Farrell, Taylor Kitsch, and Vince Vaughn are all up for roles as well.
