Hot on the heels of the Veronica Mars movie, it appears FOX is ready to take Jack Bauer to the big screen.
TVLine is reporting that Imagine Entertainment is seriously considering a movie based around the hit TV series. While the rumours have swirled before, this time they appear to be serious. Imagine Chairman Brian Grazer is apparently sold on the pitch, which has yet to be brought to 20th Century Fox.
TVLine contacted 20th Century FOX who declined to comment.
Last winter, while promoting 24: Live Another Day, Kiefer Sutherland said not to abandon hopes for a movie. “The film’s an ongoing situation,” he said. “There’s always an opportunity to do that.”
