TVLine reports that Central City will be hit by a blackout in the show’s seventh episode. Farooq, an electricity-wielding metahuman apparently turns the power off as he seeks revenge against Dr. Wells. While one would expect The Flash to come to the rescue, Barry will apparently be suffering from an internal power outage as well when this issue arises.
