This just might be the year of the superhero.
A new drama based on DC Comics’ Lucifer has been given a pilot commitment by FOX.
The potential series would involve Lucifer (who first appeared in DC’s Sandman series) leaving Hell to open a piano bar in LA called Lux.
Tom Kapinos (Californication) will apparently write and executive-produce, while Warner Bros. TV will produce with Kapinos’ Aggressive Mediocrity.
