Nature Boy having some health issues…
Ric Flair has been in the hospital and has missed a number of scheduled WWE appearances. Flair was supposed to be part of the NXT Takeover show, supporting his daughter Charlotte. In addition, he was supposed to make an appearance of some kind at the Night of Champions PPV, possibly on the panel.
Instead, Flair underwent two surgeries in the past week. While details are largely being kept under wraps, Jim Ross reported Flair had appendicitis, and surgery for both that and a hernia.
Flair’s recovery time is said to be unknown at this point.
WWE publically announced Flair would miss last week’s Smackdown tapings, which is the only show he was advertised for ahead of time.
