Played by Chris Woods (The Carries Diaries), Kai is described as a “crazy person,” by the show’s EP Caroline Dries. She also said that Kai is “…very charismatic and charming and psychotic. Likeable and unlikable in all the right ways. He’s going to stick around for a while.”
