Battlestar Galactica‘s Michael Trucco is headed to Scandal.
According to TVLine.com, Trucco has been cast to play Abby’s estranged husband. The character, Charles Putney, is the youngest son of former Virginia Governor James Putney. His four-year marriage to Abby (that was arranged) ended when he drunkenly assaulted her. The assault resulted in Olivia taking a tire iron to Putney’s knees.
Trucco is to appear in one November episode of the series.
