Marvel Studios Delivers Pipe Bomb Announcement Regarding Phase Three Line-Up

For a super secret mystery event at The El Capitan Theatre that wasn’t all that secret-y to begin with (a majority in the film industry knew about it), Marvel Studios unveiled a ton of information about its upcoming projects.

First the new news. Marvel announced Black Panther (finally!) with Chadwick Boseman to star. Captain Marvel is a go and Inhumans is officially confirmed. The dates for those films are November 3, 2017; July 6, 2018 and November 2, 2018, respectively.

Oh and if you missed it, Benedict Cumberbatch is Doctor Strange.

And now Marvel’s greatest hits and their sequels. Guardians of the Galaxy 2: Electric Boogaloo (title pending – heh) drops on May 5, 2017; Thor: Ragnarok on July 28, 2017; and Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 on May 4, 2018 and Part 2 on May 3, 2019. And the formerly titled Captain America 3 is now Captain America: Civil War and it arrive in 2016 on May 6th.

So the date break down is like this:
