Will Matthew Goode leave The Good Wife for Downton Abbey?
The rumor has been making the rounds since Goode has been confrimed to appear in Downton’s Christmas episode in the Season 5 finale. TVLine.com reports, however, that while producers of the PBS drama are interested in bringing him back in a limited capacity in Season 6, he is contractually obligated to The Good Wife. If his option on the CBS series is picked up for Season 7, he has to go there first.
The rumour is that Goode will be playing a love interest for Lady Mary!
