This week, one of the big topics of discussion as part of the Super Bowl Media Days (other than Deflate-gate) has been about Marshawn Lynch and his interview responses, or lack thereof. The star running back of the Seattle Seahawks, Lynch (a.k.a. “Beast Mode“) has been subdued during the media day frenzy with responses like, “I’m just here so I won’t get fined.” The phrase may not be what the NFL top brass wants to see heard, but it has become a funny catchphrase thanks to Super Bowl halftime entertainer Katy Perry who used it in a joking manner when she spoke to the media.
