WWE Wrestlemania 31 Main Event News: Vince McMahon Makes Final Call On World Title Match

As the crazy old man who runs WWE turns…

WWE locked in a Wrestlemania 31 main event of Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns at the 2015 Royal Rumble.

However, due to the crowd reaction, there were doubts that the main event would go on as planned.

The Raw after Royal Rumble, the studio edition, did continue the Roman/Brock issue. However, starting with the live Thursday Smackdown, signs have pointed to a change, or at least a shift in the plans.

According to Dave Meltzer, Vince McMahon has once again changed his mind and added Daniel Bryan to the main event.

As with the Wrestlemania 30 main event, Daniel Bryan will win a match to get added to World Title match as a three way for Wrestlemania 31.

Due to meetings with his inner circle, fan reaction as well as the clear reaction of The Rock, Vince has decided to once again ride the “Yes” wave.

This indicates that Bryan is likely to win the match with Reigns at Fast Lane 2015, although there could be additional twists in the road.

Of course the plans could change once again before Fast Lane or before Wrestlemania 31, but as of now, the main event of Wrestlemania 31 appears to be Brock Lesnar vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Roman Reigns.
