WWE announced that WWE Network now has 1.3 million subscribers. However, this had a negative impact on the WWE Stock.

WWE set its all-time gate record at Wrestlemania 31, with the event grossing $12.6 million. This breaks WWE;s mark of $12.3 million set two years ago in East Rutherford, NJ.

Other notes from WWE Network update today:

The Network now has over 3,000 total hours and that will increase to 4,000 by the end of 2015.

The trial in February added 201,000 trial subscribers and 154,000 stayed to pay, April will be another free month.

The WWE Network averaged 918,000 paid subscribers in the first quarter

WWE will spend about $120 million on the network this year, which includes on the PPV events as well as programming.
