Marvel Comics’ Secret Wars 2015 Controversy With Avengers’ A-Force #1 Variant Cover [NSFW Spoilers]! Follows Spider-Gwen & Mary Jane Spider-Man Heat!

News, Top Story

At the same time Marvel revealed its post Secret Wars 2015 All-New All-Different Marvel Comics New 52 ongoing series so far (yes you read that right), artist Frank Cho got some heat a few months ago about how he portrayed teen Spider-Gwen on a variant sketch cover [pic here] and his Mary Jane piece [NSFW pic here]. Well, he’s at it again with his newest Secret Wars related sketch cover for A-Force #1 [NSFW source]. Certainly an unorthodox Avengers cover!

Below is the censored version of the cover followed by the NSFW spoilers version.

Outrage to follow a la Spider-Gwen and Mary Jane from the Spider-Man family?

Important to remember that this one sketch on one variant cover; not a mass produced variant cover in all comic stores. Does that matter to you?
