What is it: This 13 episode mini-series picks up where the monster hit, Heroes, left off almost a decade ago. The show centers around individuals who realize they have extraordinary abilities. The new series will introduce a whole host of new characters and reintroduce some old faces.
Why you should watch: Whether or not this will be any good is totally up in the air. The original series was hit or miss, but it was never boring. Tune in and you’ll probably either see some pretty decent prestige television or a glorious train wreck. And it is, after all, a limited engagement. If it turns out to be dreck, you’ll only have 13 episodes to sit through.
