Ric Flair had some interesting thoughts in an interview with CBS Radio St. Louis

On WWE Creative Direction
“I think they’re right now trying to figure out which way they want to go. They have so much talent on the roster, but it’s three hours of TV. It’s difficult to create three hours of instant TV, no matter what. Even though the roster is healthy, I think Vince (McMahon) is trying to figure out the best way to go.”

On The Talent Depth
“It’s all good. I walk into TV at Monday and it’s me, Steve (Austin), Hunter, Taker, Shawn Michaels, Pat Patterson, like the Hall of Fame sitting right there. The business has changed trying to get people to focus on anything anymore with all of the competition on TV. Forget about the NFL, they have ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ etc., so it’s become more difficult to deliver a product that everyone wants to see. It’s not from of a lack of effort.

On WWE Network
“The company is in a good place, the Network has been up and down on them, I just couldn’t be prouder of my daughter (Charlotte), and I love working there. Every time they give me a shot on TV – don’t give me too much verbiage (laughs) – I love being there.”
