John Cena is WWE’s top star for the last decade, and now we have some insight into how much that means monetarily.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Cena is “closing in” on $10 million per year in his compensation from the company.
That makes him the highest-paid wrestler in WWE, even ahead of Brock Lesnar’s lucrative contract. Lesnar works far less dates, and thus his “pay per appearance” is far higher than Cena, but Cena’s total is higher.
