On January 22 2016, I had the chance to interview So You Think You Can Dance‘s Eddie ‘Neptune’ Eskridge & Derek Piquette just before their live tour stop at the Sony Centre For The Performing Arts in Toronto, Ontario.
In our interview, we discussed what life on the tour has been like. Derek opened up about whether battle lines between Team Stage and Team Street were drawn at the beginning of the season. I chatted with Neptune chatted about partnering with All-Star Kayla Radomski while Derek elaborated on his long-standing friendship with Jaimie Goodwin. We also discussed the theme of resilience which seemed to resonate this season and Neptune also gave me my own planet name!
