Another huge title change took place during last weekend’s Lucha Underground tapings in Boyle Heights. Spoilers ahead! Look alive, Believers!
During the tapings this past Saturday, Sexy Star won the LU Championship after winning Aztec Warfare III. However, she lost the title to Johnny Mundo in a match during the tapings the next day, on Sunday. Mundo capitalized after Taya Valkyrie distracted Sexy Star during the match after removing her disguise as a Sexy Star fan in the audience wearing a wig and replica mask.
