And, Marvel wants out to take away the following from Avengers Standoff: Assault on Pleasant Hill Omega #1.
I don’t know if this Avengers Standoff event was really needed to advance anything. I only read Welcome to Pleasant Hill #1, Assault on Pleasant Hill Alpha #1 and Captain America: Sam Wilson #8 (spoilers here), after my local comic shoppe heavily discounted the over-priced opening two issues and this Omega issue. I don’t read anything else and found it accessible and anti-climatic.
That said I’ll be picking up Thunderbolts #1 next week. I hope its good so I can start reading a second ongoing Marvel series along with Squadron Supreme.
