The day after Nick & Phil Paquette were named the winners of Big Brother Canada 4, I headed into the house to do extended interviews with the entire cast. I caught up with Kelsey Faith in the Have-Not Room and we discussed her time on the show. Kelsey was my favourite player of the season and I asked her about how she was able to engineer such an amazing comeback after being evicted only to return and make it to the end. I asked Kelsey about how much she had prepared prior to entering the house and if she had watched any previous seasons of the program. I asked Kelsey about her flirtatious nature and if this was something she had planned on using in the house or something that just naturally developed. I asked Kelsey why she didn’t take ownership of so many of her great moves in the game, choosing to be positive in the diary room instead of using the platform to outline how much of a killer she was in the house. I asked her about the time she spent with Loveita in the secret room and how much she credits Loveita for the moves that she was able to pull off (specifically her getting Raul to target Mitch). I asked Kelsey about how it seemed like the other girls targeted her because of her looks and if this was something she faces in real life as well. The runner-up admitted that she never seriously considered taking Tim to the end as she had a stronger relationship with the brothers and the fact that Tim had three guaranteed votes from the jury including Joel, Cassandra, and Nikki’s votes. I also present Kelsey with a pretty entertaining hypothetical situation to end the interview.
