Dusty Rhodes And Goldberg Collections New To WWE Network

News

If you subscribe to the WWE Network, then you are probably aware of the “Collections” section. It is here where you will find vintage matches and clips that carry a theme. Some are based around superstar(s), or gimmick matches, WrestleMania showstealers, or even those WWE matches they consider the best in sports entertainment history.

For the month of June they have added collections for Dusty Rhodes and Goldberg, the latter of which most likely due to his inclusion with the upcoming WWE 2K17 video game release.

Over at WWE Network News, they have a complete rundown of what’s included with each collection.

We begin with Dusty Rhodes: American Dream.

Dusty Rhodes - American Dream

Far from just a ‘Common Man’, Dusty Rhodes will always be remembered for his larger than life exuberance and one of a kind innovation. The working man’s champion was a master on the mic, and a three time World Champion.

Up next is Goldberg: Who’s Next?.

Goldberg - Whos Next

Exploding onto the scene in 1997, Goldberg launched one of the most impressive rookie campaigns in sports entertainment history. From an unstoppable force in WCW, to a highly anticipated WWE debut in 2003, the two-time World Champion stood toe-to-toe with some of the biggest names of all time. And, you can relive it all in this exclusive WWE Network Collection. After The Spear and Goldberg’s signature Jackhammer, there was only one thing left to ask… Who’s Next?

Of note about Goldberg is including his title win against Hulk Hogan. Though it wouldn’t quite the collection without it, having Hogan even part of a collection post-racist remarks could be a signal that WWE is softening its stance on the “Immortal.”
