On Good Morning America (GMA) today, GMA got RAW as WWE Universal Champion Finn Balor, without his Demon King alter ego, and WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte stopped after their success last night at Summerslam 2016.
No sign off or word on Balor’s rumored shoulder injury at Summerslam 2016.
Anyhow, so, what about this “Balor Club”?
WWE Summerslam 2016, WWE Raw and Smackdown Live Spoilers.
During Summerslam 2016, former New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) Bullet Club members, and now cross-brand WWE The Club members despite Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson being on WWE Raw and A.J. Styles being on WWE Smackdown Live, hoped for or teased a reconciliation with…
….the original leader of the Bullet Club now know as… Finn Balor!
At Summerslam 2016, they threw the “two sweet” hand sign for Balor…
…and he smiled, knocked on the table, and walked away.
Finn Balor, and his Demon King alter ego, went on later in the night to win the WWE Universal Championship (a red “inverted” championship belt) in a match against Seth Rollins. A.J. Styles beat John Cena on the card and The Club, of Gallows and Anderson, beat the WWE Tag Team Champions by disqualification and as such didn’t leave SS with the straps.
These successes were not lost on Karl Anderson who tweeted about his Bullet Club or BC “brothers” Finn Balor and A.J. Styles today.
Brother, @FinnBalor the champ..
Brother @AJStylesOrg #beatupjohncena….
1 year ago who woulda thought all this would be happening..#BC— Karl Anderson (@KarlAndersonWWE) August 22, 2016
That said, despite Balor not throwing up the hand sign, Gallows, Anderson and Styles all thought it was a positive encounter as you see from the below video from Summerslam 2016!
It's a family reunion for @AJStylesOrg, @LukeGallowsWWE & @KarlAndersonWWE … and @FinnBalor? #SummerSlam #TheClub https://t.co/wLeupJ2Kjh

Well, Finn Balor has been waiting for Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson back from when they were first reportedly signed by WWE teasing the below welcome when he was still in NXT.
WWE sure is teasing more to come from, between, and by these former NJPW Bullet Club members and now WWE superstars.
And, what is exactly is the Balor Club that has been hyped and teased since Finn Balor’s days as NXT Champion? What Balor’s fans are called, a la Cesaro’s Ceasaro Section, or is it a tease of the future a reformation of the Bullet Club as the Balor Club?
WWE will keep us guessing until they pull the trigger on WWE Raw or WWE Smackdown Live or both. And, will they even be called the Balor Club since the WWE dropped its attempts to trademark Balor Club in June 2016. This was likely due to Baylor University filing an opposition in January 2016; the university refers to its sports program as Baylor Club Sports program.
Will the build to a new “Club” or a Balor Club start tonight with WWE Raw’s The Club coming to the ring to congratulate fellow WWE Raw superstar and first ever WWE Universal Champion Finn Balor aka the Demon King? We’ll find out soon enough.
