Last issue saw Abra Kadabra seemingly snuff out Tempest, but…
…he survives.
And Abra Kadabra goes by Kadabra now and makes his grand exit with his younger Teen Titans clones.
Donna Troy confronts Roy Harper / Arsenal over what she believes is his like / love of her, but he denies it despite what we saw last issue. However, its clear that he is crushing on Troia.
We also get an interlude with Mal Duncun and Bumblebee; they’re married with children, but she is pulled to help the Teen Titans.
In Kadbra’s lair, he pulls out a watch the looks like classic Watchmen watch and it…
…even has the blood-splatter on it despite Kadabra believing the watch was from a relative.
Linda Park and Wally West finally chat. There are some latent sparks here for Linda so we’ll see how this progresses.

So…
This is one omy favorite DC Rebirth titles and certainly an example of legacy restored for DC Comics. I’m intrigued by the Wally West / Flash focus of this first arc and curious about the Kadabra-Watchmen connection. A fun read! This is a great creative team on story and art. Recommended!
