At a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) with DC Comics writer Tom King, he indicated there are actually 4 Jokers in DC Rebirth and not 3 as revealed in DC Universe Revirth #1!

“Three Jokers are coming. And there’s another one lurking.”

Here’s the big panel from DC Universe #1 that introduced at least 3 Jokers lurking in Rebirth. Looks like 1 more to come too.
