Kobik explains how she changed reality and Captain America has now been Hydra all along.
Bucky Barnes is disappointed and upset with Kobik which drives her a bit mad.
This all leads to the final issue of this series in Thunderbolts #12 where the Winter Soldier is back in the present with his knowledge of Captain America’s duplicity as we head into Secret Empire.
