Uncanny Avengers #1 in 2012 was a book I was really excited about at the time. It was going to be a huge book with my fave X-Men and Avengers on a Unity Squad of sorts.
I was so excited for it and then I got to the end of the issue and this panel.
And, then I was done. Grotesque and unnecessarily graphic murder of Charles Xavier father of the X-Men. No thank you.
Now, 5 years later, it looks Marvel Comics has plans to fix this mistake in a different volume of Uncanny Avengers with its #22nd issue. And, it looks like it plays int0 Secret Empire!
