It seems Congress is set to pass a bill that will deport all mutants from the United States in a not so subtle critique or jab, depending on your political POV, at President Donald Trump’s travel ban involving predominantly Muslim nations. The testimonies before Congress in the issue make that comparison quite clear. #Resist?

…which was spoiled with the reveal of the cover to X-Men Gold #10 some months ago.
I’m glad to see Omega Red’s return, but also think it’s a bit too “on the nose” to have the Trump travel ban critique / jab in the same issue that a major Russion villain reemerges; in light of the continuing Russia questions of the Trump administration. That said, welcome back Omega Red.
