Action Comics #1000 Moves To March For 80th Anniversary Of Action Comics #1! You probably figured that out since Action Comics is a twice monthly shipping comic book and only Action Comics #999 is hitting stands in March 2018.
It is being reported that “Action Comics #1000 has been pushed back one month from its originally-announced March 2018 debut. The milestone issue is now set to debut on April 18, which will be the 80th anniversary – to the day – in which the character debuted with Action Comics #1 back on April 18, 1938.”
In addition, the hardcover Action #1000 companion comes out on April 11, 2017 a week before the actual Action Comics #1000 comic book that comes out on April 18, 2017.
