The Justice League has had enough. The Titans have been dealing with threat after threat by the seat of their pants and Papa Batman has had enough.
Many of the Titans are having none of it. Especially Wally West, the Flash, who needs the Titans to help hoim figure out how his time infused speed powers work. Batman thinks he can change history by accident; that’s powerful! Lots of examples that Time is Broken in DC nowadays after all.
Donna Troy is the real threat and focus of the Justice League in light of her future self Troia coming back in time in the last arc as the villainess Troia; the person behind all of the Titans miseries in the DC Rebirth era.
It looks like Nightwing is having none of Batman either.
