Phantom Girl Not A Member Of The Legion Of Superheroes and What The Curse Of The New Age Of Heroes?
The book opens with the secret origin of Phantom Girl that parallels Superman’s origin. It isn’t stated whether she’s from the future, but it may be implied with the “space storm” which could have sent her back in time or she could now be from the present. However, based on her age in the flashbacks it doesn’t appear she would have been old enough to be in the Legion of Superheroes (LOSH) IF she is from the future.
She landed in the Dark Multiverse and spent a long time their intangible.
Back in modern day, the team pulls out the antenna and that action results in a explosive reaction…
…impacting this fantastic foursome in at the time unexplained ways.
The team then escapes the Dark Multiverse returning home.
Phantom Girl can now finally become solid, but her touch is explosive…
…so she needs to stay intangible.
Mister Terrific attempts to leave so he can go home and even investigate what happened to Phantom Girl, but the foursome are struck down.
Mister Terrific is forced to return.
It appears the team is now bonded together and…
