Described as a floater by many fans for the majority of the season, Paras Atashnak won the final two HOH competitions of the season proving that she could win when it mattered. The Vancouver law student ended up taking home the $100,000 as the winner of Big Brother Canada 6 on Thursday night in a stunning vote that saw her best Kaela by a 6-1 count.
I caught up with Paras immediately after the Big Brother Canada 6 finale on May 10 2018. We discussed a variety of subjects and I asked her if the better player was somebody who won competitions or somebody who didn’t need to win competitions to make it to the end of the game. We talked about her decision to keep Kaela over Ale when the two were placed on the block next to each other and how that contributed to her making it to the endgame. I asked Paras about how confident she was about winning as she consistently told Canada that the game was hers whenever she was alone. Finally, the new champion told me what the best part was about being on the show.
