DC Announces 3 New Animated Movies Featuring The Justice League, Batman and Wonder Woman.

Newsarama reports:

Three new animated DC Universe Movies from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment have been announced for 2019: an animated Batman: Hush, a new Wonder Woman film, and Justice League vs. Fatal Five.

Justice League vs. The Fatal Five is an original script pitting DC’s preeminent superhero team against the long-time villain squad the Fatal Five. Warner Bros. did not specify the line-up of either side, but did tease the possible appearance of the Legion of Super-Heroes – who have also faced the Fatal Five on several occasios. Justice League vs. the Fatal Five is anticipated for a spring 2019 release.

Coming next summer is an feature-length animated adaptation of writer Jeph Loeb and artist Jim Lee’s seminal Batman story-arc “Hush.” This 12-part 2002 storyline featured many of Batman’s rogue’s gallery, and precipitated the return of the long-thought-dead Robin Jason Todd.

Lastly, Wonder Woman: Bloodlines was announced for a 2019 release but no details were specified. It is unknown if it is based on the 1993 DC Comics crossover “Bloodlines.”

Reign of Superman, the sequel to the upcoming Death of Superman animated film, was already announced for an early 2019 release.
