Quick Synopsis: Ra’s Al Ghul makes his return as we see Mon-El reluctantly asking for him to help to save Sensor, who was hit with terra-forming radiation during the Legion’s mission to restore the Robotica-ravaged planet Xanthu. Wackiness ensues when Ra’s uses his new acid blood power to attack a guard and escape, before being caught in a big explosion caused when the hovercraft carrying him crashes into the wall.

The Good:

Ra’s Al Ghul: D&A do a great job portraying Ra’s Al Ghul and are quickly shaping him into being a great ongoing nemesis for the Legion. His gloating about how his minions were working around the clock to free him from being a “political prisoner” makes for a good sequence of the villain gloating at the hero…

The Bad:

Ra’s escape and his “death” is highly contrived especially when we know he’s going to be around next issue to brawl with Mon-El…

The Ugly:

Looks like Sensor is finally getting her human body restored. Even though the decision to have the Reboot Princess Projectra be an alien Snake-creature is universally reviled amongst Legion Fandom, I liked the Snake Jeckie (or Sneckie as she is sometimes referred to) and I find it sad that D&A are obsessed with “fixing” her while Wildfire and Saturn Girl (two characters who have been horrifically screwed up in the Reboot Legion) remain in desperate need of fixing…
