Jimmy Daniels’ report of the PPV last night:
– NWA Tag Team champions The Naturals defeated Jason Porcaro & Jeremy V
– Shark Boy & D-Ray 3000 defeated TJ Harley & Matt Catalano
– Abyss pinned Mikal Adryan
Jimmy also said that after the PPV went off the air, there was a brawl that went into the crowd.
Bob Ryder at 1Wrestling is reporting that James Storm was taken to the hospital after the PPV with bad back pain. This turned out to be a bruise.
As noted on last night’s PPV, Big Vito missed the show due to a family emergency.
On this past week’s Impact!, Jeff Jarrett referred to Pat Kenney as “The Empire Saint.” This will apparently be his nickname once he is repackaged. Vignettes were filmed last week in Nashville, TN to push Kenney’s new deal but these haven’t started airing yet. Kenney wasn’t at last night’s PPV.
