CENA VS. BOOKER: MATCH NO. 2
Aug. 26, 2004

Several years ago, Booker T competed against Chris Benoit in a memorable best-of-seven series while working for WCW. The series of matches put Booker T on the map as a solid force in the singles ranks of sports entertainment. Now, already an established Superstar, Booker T fights to keep his United States Championship in a similar style of matches. It’s a best-of-five series against John Cena. Unfortunately for Booker, he already trails 1-0, as Cena picked up the thrilling opening victory at SummerSlam. Can Booker even the score this week on SmackDown!? Or will Cena carry his SummerSlam momentum over the U.S. Champion? Find out this week on SmackDown! on UPN.

The most prolific manager of WWE Champions in history, Paul Heyman, has been warning SmackDown! viewers for weeks. Now the time has finally come, as Heidenreich will be at SmackDown!

Heyman has been able to lead such names as Kurt Angle, Big Show and Brock Lesnar to the top of the SmackDown! mountain. It will be interesting to see if he can do the same with Heidenreich. The big man’s journey begins on SmackDown! Thursday night. Can the big man live up to the hype? Don’t miss SmackDown! to find out.

In action this week, Rob Van Dam will take on Kenzo Suzuki.

In other action, two great cruiserweights will go at it when Chavo Guerrero takes on one-half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Billy Kidman.

Last week, Kurt Angle defaced one of Eddie Guerrero’s precious low riders. Undoubtedly, Guerrero will be looking for revenge. Will Angle get what many feel he has coming to him? Find out on SmackDown!

All this and more this week on SmackDown! on UPN at 8/7 CT.
