– WWE Heavyweight Champion John Bradshaw Layfield was on CNN Crossfire today, speaking with Robert Novak and James Carville. JBL mentioned that WWE talent was pretty evenly divided between the Republican and Democratic parties.

– JBL was also present at the Republican Youth Convention this morning in Madison Square Garden, where he talked about September 11th and what that meant to him, and how George W. Bush was the right president at the right time to deal with this national tragedy. He talked about the non-partisan Smackdown Your Vote campaign, but admitted that he was not non-partisan, as he praised the No Child Left Behind Act, and introducd Secretary of Education Rod Paige.
