PK has to work a late nighter at the toy store thanks to the impending midnight release of Halo 2 so you get me…. PK lite.
We start out without the Raw opening. HHH is on the mic. He’s back and that is problems for a lot of people this week. H sat out last week to teach people a lession. Some people didnt get the message, they attacked Evolution and INJURED Flair! Batista is very VERY angry because of that. HHH calls Bischoff useless and that draws out the GM. Bischoff comes out and talks about Survivor Series and HHH grabs him by the collar and takes him down to the mat. Bischoff tells him to stop or he will strip Hunter of the world title. Each member of the winning team will get control of Raw for 1 week (1 month total) while Bischoff is on vacation. Bischoff tells HHH to not thinking about the stipulations and to think about simply winning the match. HHH says no one can beat him and Bischoff sarcastically agrees. Bischoff calls for action and the bell rings. Its Batista vs……. Orton!

Batista vs Randy Orton
Lockup and Orton works the arm. Batista slugs away but eats and elbow in the corner. Orton tries a quick RKO but Batista pushes him off and bails. Huge “RKO” chant starts up. Orton peppers Batista with lefts and rights but Batista comes back with a knee and chokes Orton on the ropes. Batista hits a back elbow but misses an elbow drop. Orton hits an uppercut and some straight shots and Batista bails again. This time Orton chases and slams Batista into the barricade. Back in the ring, Batista gets a knee lift and elbows away in the corner. Orton fights back with more punches and tries a shoulderblock but doesnt take Batista down. Orton thumbs Batista in the eye and shoulderblocks him through the ropes. Batista hits a knee lift and then snapmares Orton down and goes to the chinlock. Orton struggles and battles it for nearly 2 minutes with the crowd staying hot the entire time. Orton elbows out and goes back rights a lefts. Orton ducks a lariat and sends Batista down with a shoulderblock. Orton sets up the RKO, but HHH grabs Orton’s foot to stop it. Batista then takes Orton out with the MURDERKILLDEATH lariat. The referee sees this and ejects HHH from the ring! HHH protests but leaves as we go to break.

We come back with Orton kicking out of a near 2 count. During the break, Batista send Orton into the steel steps. Batista chokes Orton with his knee. Batista hits a suplex for a long 2 count. The crowd is still very into this. Batista goes to a chinlock, but Orton fights out…. only to be thrown into the ring post from the ring. That gets a long 2. Batista goes to a rear naked choke with a body scissors added in for good measure. Orton slowly fights out with elbows to the gut. Batista sends Orton to the corner and charges, but Orton dropkicks him in the knee and sends him face first into the middle turnbuckle! Batista knees Orton low again and goes for a powerslam but Orton wiggles out and hits the picture perfect dropkick. Orton clotheslines Batista and himself over the top rope. Orton DDTs Batista on the concrete floor! Orton sends Batista back in the ring and climbs to the top rope, only to be crotched by Batista. Batista climbs up, but Orton bites his forehead! Batista falls and Orton his the flying bodypress for 2. Orton slugs and stomps away on Batista in the corner and Batista’s forehead is bleeding! Orton hits his backbreaker and gets into the RKO position. Orton tries it, but Batista pushes him off and spinebusters him! Batista tries the Demon Bomb but Orton slips out and tries a rollup but only gets 2! Orton tries another RKO but Batista shoves him into the corner and charges. Orton avoids it and rolls Batista up for the quick pin!

Trish Stratus and Lita are the guests on Jericho’s highlight reel later tonight.

Backstage, Orton is pumping up Jericho, Benoit, and Maven about Survior Series backstage when all of a sudden Batista shows up out of nowhere and attacks everyone! Referee and agents quickly pull Batista away before the faces can over run him.

Tyson Tomko w/Christian vs Shelton Benjamin
King informs us that Tomko missed action due to arthroscopic knee surgery. Tomko attacks Shelton before the bell and pounds away with right hands. Shelton comes back with a facebuster and a quick neckbreaker for 2. Christian distract Shelton and that gives Tomko the time to hit a press slam into a fall away slam. Tomko dumbs Benjamin to the outside and Christian attacks Shelton on the outside and then rolls him back in and Tomko gets a 2 count. Shelton no-sells some punches and hits a couple of clotheslines. Shelton hits a Russian legsweep and gets 2. Tomko comes right back with a bossman slam for 2. Shelton hotshots Tomko to regain the advantage. Shelton misses the Stinger splash and Tomko goes for a powerbomb. Shelton slips out, superkicks Christian off the apron and hits Tomko with the T-Bone slam for the 1-2-3!

Welcome to Raw is JERICHO! Jericho hypes the Raw main event of Survior Series saying it could be the first time Raw really did mean Raw is Jericho. Jericho pokes some harmless fun at the referee in the ring who is there to keep order between the two divas. Trish comes out first, looking mighty fine as usual. She gives Jericho a little staredown in the ring. Lita comes out next and the two ladies almost charge each other. Jericho says he doesn’t want to turn this into JERRY-CO Springer. HAHA. Trish gets on the mic and says Jericho’s show is going to be cancelled because Lita is the kiss of death. Jericho says the only thing that is going to be cancelled is his subscription to Better Sluts and Gardens because the real thing is right there. Trish runs Lita down on the mic and then Lita does the same. Lita says she IS the walking kiss of death and she tells Trish to pucker up. Enter GENE SNITSKY!!! Snitsky comes out with a baby in his arms! Snitsky makes a baby joke to Lita and gets in the ring. Snitsky offers Lita to take the baby and Lita starts to grab at it, but Snitsky pulls back and punts the little doll into the front row!!! Snitsky gets in Lita’s face and Jericho SOCKS him in the jaw! Jericho attacks Snitsky to the outside, but gets punted in his own face. Snitsky slams Jericho back first into the ring post (Jericho: “ahhhhh f*ck!”) and leaves to some nice heel heat.

Simon System Time! Simon Deam heads to the ring as JR apoligizes for Dean’s actions against the fans last week. Simon says tonight someone from the crowd will get a year’s supply of the Simon System. Simon picks a red-headed woman out of the crowd and makes fun of her girth and her body odor. Simon calls out a bald guy in the front row and a tells him he has trouble cleaning up his own bowl movements. Simon will help this man rectify his rectum! Simon finally finds the plant and its a rather large woman in a pink sweater. Simon fake holds the ropes open for her as she climbs into the ring. This is Laura from Austin, Texas. Simon says things really are bigger in Texas! HAHAHA! Simon asks Laura when the last time she ever had sexual relations. She says its none of his business and so he says all the thin people hang around her to make themselves look more thin and attractive. HUGE asshole chant breaks out and Simon takes in it for a second. Simon gives her a cup of his Simon System drink and she drinks a sip. Simon says she only needs to drink about 20 gallons of his Simon System a day to see any difference. Laura throws the rest of the drink in Simon’s face and heads back to her seat. Simon chases her to the outside and pours the entire gallon of Simon System juice on her head! Only 19 gallons to go! Lawler comments on the girl’s panties as we go to break.

Triple H vs Tajiri
Tajiri comes down to the ring and Snitsky attacks him from behind! Snitsky throws Tajiri into the steps, then drops him face first on the guard railing. Snitsky punts Tajiri in the face and gets in the ring. Triple H gets on the mic and calls Snitsky impressive. HHH welcomes Snitsky to the team and offers him his hand. Snitsky grabs the mic and says he’s never been much of a team player. Snitsky says after he wins the match for the heel side, he is coming for the world title when its his turn to run Raw.

Maria is backstage with Edge. He hypes his book and his upcoming match with Benoit that’s NEXT. But wait…. HHH shows up…. HHH says its nice to finally have Edge on his side. He welcomes Edge to the team but Edge says that when HE leads the team to victory that its going to be EDGE who is coming for the World Title.
Edge-Benoit is NEXT!

HHH comes into Evolution’s locker room and tells Batista that he needs to talk to Edge and Snitsky before he snaps on someone. HHH storms off and leaves the title belt on the chair. Batista picks it up and stares at it with envious eyes.

Edge vs Benoit
We start out with a big brawl in the aisle. It spills into the ring and Benoit gets an elbow. Benoit stomps away and hits some chops. Benoit with a snap suplex and he goes for the sharpshooter but Edge bails. Benoit follows him and they brawl on the outside again. Back in the ring, Benoit chops away and slams Edge into the turnbuckles. Benoit knees Edge in the face about 5 times and then hits a back suplex. Edge dumps Benoit to the outside then baseball slides him. Edge brings Benoit back in and gets a 2 count. Edge hits a clothesline but Benoit comes back and they brawl some more with Benoit getting the upper hand. Edge bails and walks up the ramp. Benoit follows him out and Edge sucker punches him as we go to commercial break.

We come back and during the break Edge hit a belly-to-belly suplex. Edge has Benoit locked into a body and neck vice. Evolution’s music hits and HHH and Batista comes to the ring. Orton’s music hits as Edge hits a suplex and Orton, Jericho, and Maven come to the ring. Edge hits a spinebuster and follows it with some rights to the jaw. Edge hits another suplex and heads to the top rope. Benoit pops up and hits a superplex from the top rope and both men are down! The count reaches 8 as both men get up. We have a slugfest in the middle of the ring and Benoit hits a knockdown and then another. Benoit hangs Edge out to dry on the top rope then knocks him off into the barricade. Benoit heads outside and slams Edge into the railing and the steel steps. Benoit catapults Edge into the steel ring steps and then slams his head into the ring steps again. Edge is busted open as Benoit punches Edge in the kidneys. Benoit locks on the sharpshooter but Edge makes the ropes after a struggle. Edge rakes the eyes but gets caught with the GERMAN GERMAN GERMAN! Benoit slices the throat and head to the top rope and hits the flying headbutt! It gets 2! Benoit goes straight to the Crossface! Edge is about to tap when Batista and HHH grab the referee and cause the DQ. We end the show with a huge pier 6 brawl and the faces eventually clear the ring and stand tall.
