Show opens, with Sylvain Greiner singing…Maven comes out, he is in charge tonight, he has a few matches made for tonight:
Edge & Christian vs. Shelton & Benoit
Coach vs. JR
Stacy vs. Christy in a Lingerie Pillow Fight
Himself vs. HHH – World Title

Maven then tells La Rez that the reason they are in the ring, is because they are in a Triple Threat Elimination Tag Title Match, Rhyno/Tajiri & Eugene/Regal…right now!

La Resistance (c) vs. Rhyno & Tajiri vs. William Regal & Eugene – World Tag Team Titles
Quick back and forth action, and they cut to a commercial.

Commercials.

We come back, and Eugene & Tajiri are going back and forth, and Greiner is in. He works over Tajiri, and whips him to his own corner, and Rhyno tags in. Rhyno goes for a GORE GORE GORE, but runs into the turnbuckle. Greiner rolls him up, and Conway helps hold Rhyno down for the pin, and Wild Kingdom is eliminated. Regal jumps Greiner, and then Eugene is tagged in. Eugene starts to tard up, but Conway trips him up, and La Rez double teams him. La Rez then works over Eugene, however, Eugene with a back body drop on Greiner, over the top rope, and then nails Conway with a Rock Bottom. Regal in, runs over Greiner, but Conway comes in to double team. Eugene has the ref distracted, and Conway goes to hit Regal with a flag pole, but Regal moves, and Greiner is hit. Regal with a stiff knee to the head, but doesn’t pin, he gets Eugene in, and Eugene nails the People’s Elbow for the pinfall.
Winners and NEW Champions – Eugene & Regal

Eugene let’s some kids in the ring, and they run around like airplanes…Regal joins in as well.

Commercials.

We come back and new Diva Contestant Announcer Girl Maria is with Regal. Regal is happy with his Title win, and Eugene rolls in, pouring chocolate milk on both Regal and Maria. Regal helps get the milk off of Maria’s breasts, and tells Eugene that he will go blind if he keeps looking. HAHA. Regal then admits that he doesn’t mind losing an eye.

Maven walking around backstage, he runs into a girl, and hits on her…and she buys it. He goes into his office, and HHH is standing in there, and offers him a spot in Evolution. He tells Maven that he knows he is hurting inside due to Snitsky’s beating. Maven admits that he already has friends, but HHH wonders where those friends were last night when Snitsky beat him down. And, those friends will be waiting in line to take the title away from him. He promises Maven money, fame, and girls. HHH says that Maven can take the long shot and challenge him, or take the sure thing, and join him.

Lita vs. Molly Holly
Crowd with strong LITA chants. Lita makes short work of Molly, with choke submission.
Winner – Lita

Trish comes down, in a face mask for her broken nose. She’s unhappy with what Lita did last night, and she will make Lita pay right now. Molly jumps her, but Lita nails a snap DDT, then slugs Trish in the face.

Commercials.

The Coach is in the ring, he’s ready for JR. Maven gets on the tron, and says that Coach isn’t facing JR, he’s facing Randy Orton.

Orton runs down Coach, then crot

New Guy Todd is with Edge & Christian. Edge is unhappy that he has to start at square one, with Christian of all people. Christian is appauled, and says that since they are tagging together they might as well make the best of it. And, he tells Edge to follow his lead, since last time he was in a tag team match, he defeated Shawn Michaels. Christian walks away, and New Guy Todd says that E & C have seen better days. Edge doesn’t like that, and says that he will give Todd a 5 second pose for old time sakes. Edge counts down from 5, but holds up his middle finger for the last second…but the cut away just in time.

Commercials.

Orton catches up with Maven. Maven is having second thoughts about the title match, and tells Orton that Orton is just looking out for himself, and if Maven wins the title, Orton can challenge him.

Edge & Christian (w/ Tyson Tomko) vs. Shelton Benjamin & Chris Benoit
I like both of E&C’s new entrences. Back and forth action to start. Benjamin is on fire. They cut to commercials.

Commercials.

We come back and Edge gets a 2 count on Shelton. Edge applies the CODE RED armbar on Shelton, but Shelton rolls him up for 2. Christian in, and he corners Shelton in Edge’s corner, and Edge beats him down while CLB and Benoit distract the ref. E&C go for a classic launching pad move, but Shelton moves, then nails the spinning enzaguri on Edge. Benoit in, and he goes nuts. Trifecta of German’s on both Christian, then Edge. Benoit then nails a diving headbutt on Christian, then the Crippler Crossface for the tap.
Winners – Benoit/Benjamin

Maven on the phone discussing his choice tonight. Flair comes in, and gives Maven a few females.

Christy vs. Stacy – Lingerie Pillow Fight
Standard pillow fight…Christy pins Stacy in a provocative manner.
Winner – Christy

Batista is wondering what HHH is doing inviting Maven into Evolution. HHH jokes with him, and tells him not to think. HHH says that everyone will be helping Maven win, because he is an easier target to beat for the title after HHH loses it.

Commercials.

Simon Dean with a chunky kid. He makes fun of the farm people of Indiana. He says that there are fat guys in the back that are jealous of him. Rosey comes out, and Simon Dean offers him a protein bar. Rosey stuffs it down Simon’s mouth, and goes to splash him in the corner, but the local fat kid gets pushed in the way. Simon then hits Rosey over the head with a protein powder jug, then tosses the powder in his face, and runs off.

Commercials.

Jericho and Benoit walk into Maven’s office to make sure he will do the right thing. Benoit yells at him. It took him 18 years to win the title, and Maven has only been wrestling for 3 years. This business is not about money, girls and cars, its about

Hussian has another vignette. This is the best yet, he says he will beat the prejudice out of us if he needs to.

Evolution comes down to the ring, then Maven. HHH says that Maven can’t have it both ways, and that Maven is either with Evolution or against them. Maven says that he has thought about it all night, and the only thing he cares about is becoming the new Champion. Flair distracts Maven a bit, and Jericho and Benoit come down to Maven’s side.

Triple H (c) (w/ Evolution) vs. Maven (w/ Jericho & Benoit) – World Heavyweight Championship
Solid back and forth action, and Batista gets on the apron, and punks Maven. The Ref sees it, and sends him back. Flair doesn’t like it, and gets in the ring and shoves the Ref, and then Flair gets sent back. HHH then starts working over Maven, knee to face for 2. HHH with a spinebuster for 2, when Benoit and Jericho pull him off of Maven, without the Ref seeing. Jericho distracts the Ref, and Benoit runs HHH head first into the ring steps. Maven and HHH go toe to toe, and Maven sends him off the ropes, and Maven with a diving forearm. Maven sends HHH off the ropes again, but Maven puts his head down, and HHH nails a face to knee for 2. HHH off the ropes, but Benoit trips him up. Maven fights back, big time dropkick, then a 2nd rope bulldog for 2. Maven goes for a top rope clothesline, but HHH dodges him. HHH goes for a Pedigree, but Benoit distracts the ref, and Jericho gets in the ring, bulldogs HHH, then nails nails a Lionsault, and Maven gets 2. HHH hits a Pedigree, but Jericho puts Maven’s leg on the bottom rope, and the Ref ejects him from the ringside, and as Jericho is arguing with the Ref, Benoit comes in and nails a release German, then the Swandive, and Maven gets 2. Edge runs in, and goes to spear one of them, but both move, and he nails the ref. Benoit and Jericho jump Edge, Batista and Flair come back out. Flair gives HHH the big gold belt, and HHH goes to nail Maven with it, but Orton comes out and takes the belt away, and hits HHH. Maven gets a 2, when Batista pulls the ref out of the ring. Snitsky comes out, and beats down Orton. He gets in the ring, and stares down both HHH and Maven. He then boots Maven right in the face. The ref is back up, and HHH nails another Pedigree for the pinfall.
Winner and STILL Champion – HHH
